Things to Know

Complimentary Birthdays

  • The free child’s brunch offer or birthday brunch offer is available only for Family Brunch Dubai Passport holders. To avail of this offer, you must already be a Passport holder of Family Brunch Dubai.
  • The Passport holder must register the details of the child online via the QR code, including the membership number.
  • Upon receipt, the Passport holder must make a note of their membership number in case the Passport is lost or damaged.
  • If the Passport is lost or damaged, the Family Brunch team can issue a new one with backdated stamps, proof of membership number, and past bookings.
  • Passport holders are entitled to one stamp per paid brunch. This can be from any of the Family Brunch Dubai brunches.
  • Once the Passport holder has received 4 stamps, they will be entitled to a free child’s brunch.
  • The free brunch is valid for 6 months from the date of the 4th stamp. The brunch will not be valid on any special or seasonal dates*, and is at the discretion of the reservations team. Bookings are subject to availability and must be accompanied by a minimum of 2 paying adults.
  • To claim a free brunch, bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to prior approval.
  • Once the Passport holder has received their free brunch, they can start a new page in their Passport (the free brunch will not count toward their stamps).
  • The Passport holder is entitled to one free child’s brunch for their birthday. The date of the brunch must be within 5 days either side of the birthday to redeem. The free birthday brunch will not be valid on any special or seasonal dates*, and is at the discretion of the reservations team. Bookings are subject to availability and must be accompanied by a minimum of 2 paying adults. Valid ID/proof of date of birth must be provided to take advantage of this offer.
  • This offer is at the sole discretion of Family Brunch Dubai and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • All other Family Brunch Dubai T&C’s apply.
  • Special or seasonal dates include but are not limited to Easter, Halloween, Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Eid Weekends.

Dietary requirements

To address any dietary needs, we kindly ask that guests indicate their requirements in the booking notes before confirming their order.

Seating Requests

Seating allocation in certain areas of the venue may be requested but is at the discretion of the restaurant manager on the day of the event.

Notice of Filming and Photography

Please be advised that photographs and video footage may be taken during the brunch for use on the Family Brunch Dubai website, marketing, PR and social media, or in any third-party publication. By attending this event, you hereby acknowledge and consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction. You can take photos for your own use or send us your request for images you are featured in. Kindly inform Family Brunch Dubai in writing should you have any concerns or if you do not wish to be included in the photos or videos. By not doing so, you agree to release Family Brunch Dubai from any claims related to image use.

Event content

Photographers and Videographers will be present at the event to create promotional content, by accepting these terms and conditions you agree that images can be used on marketing material by Family Brunch Dubai. Images will not include full names or personal information without approval. To opt out of image recording, inform the photographer, event organizers, or contact Family Brunch Dubai in writing. By not doing so, you agree to release Family Brunch Dubai from any claims related to image use. Unauthorized use of Family Brunch Dubai media requires written permission from an authorized representative

Cancellations

All deposits for bookings made to Family Brunch Dubai are made per person and are non refundable, non transferable and non cancellable – should the reservation be cancelled or should guest(s) not be able to attend on the day. Date changes may be possible if notified more than 48 hours prior to the event and are subject to availability.
